Refund & Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, orders are usually in processing and may not be cancelled.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thecapitalau@gmail.com  with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, certain decorative or custom items (including prop notes) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

4. Lost or Late Deliveries

  • Standard shipping takes 12–18 business days after dispatch.

  • If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate and, if the order is confirmed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
